While the use cases for this type of cryptography is limited in the context of VRChat. The library should make it as easy as possible for Udon developers to understand the usage of each method and accurately document its usage in a way that's easy to understand.

Currently the ChaCha20 encrypt method only supports _Encrypt(UInt32[] key, UInt32[] nonce, UInt32 counter, byte[] plaintext), but other parameter types should be handled by the library for cleaner code at invocation sites.
