filter by a mod name for mods what add its name as a log output prefix

It looks the netkan file has not been migrated when splitting the repository.

Currently LC generates three (3) log files for any give bootup of the game. The downside to the current code requires complete restart of the game to get a new log file.

New Behaviour:

1. Log files generated for game start and closed after reaching MainMenu.
2. New Log files generated on LoadGame & named per save.
   2a. When save is exited logfile is closed.
3. Logs are NOT appended.
