There are actually 6 new format codes.
The final question before I commit the changes to the branch, should the FullURL be a UUID, or an OID that might be easier to manage (add 1 to the last piece of the OID for each entry, or have the last piece of the OID be the timestamp).

I checked the build, it still builds. So the IG builder is not complaining about what I have in the provenance bundle today. So just keep with the pattern that I have. The pattern is rather user friendly in that you just put the date at the end of the URL as the id. Not many users have ready access to UUID or OID generators.

Updated the instructions on how to update all fields with dates in the new Provenance entry, including the fullUrl.
