Add resource strings for Excel Style Filtering.

Do we have a plan to add resource string for IgxSpreadsheet control for localization? As same as IgxGrid, I would like to have localized strings for IgxSpreadsheet control.

Question

I was reading https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/localization.html and I'd like to confirm, before taking this route, this is the way to do it.
Should I really create a variable with all resources of the grid, manually translated, per language? Aren't there no default resources for "common" languages like German, French, Italian, etc? Only Japanese and Korean by downloading the i18n package?

Is this correct or am I missing something?

Add Bulgarian (BG) resource strings to the package.

1. When using an igniteui-angular-i18n.
2. Updating licensed packages using Ignite UI for Angular Schematic.
3. When building an app, the console shows errors.

There are missing strings for 'Earliest' and 'Latest' summaries.

Update project packages - angular 9.0.0, igniteui-angular 9.0.0
