polaris-starter

The goal of this project is to be a quick way to get started with Polaris, the next edition of Ember.

Leading up to an Edition, the pit of incoherence can be quite deep, as there are lots of moving parts leading up to the solidification of what is in an Edition.

This project is your one-stop-shop for features and patterns expected to be a part of of Polaris.

Prerequisites

You will need the following things properly installed on your computer.

Installation

  • git clone <repository-url> this repository
  • cd polaris-starter
  • pnpm install

Running / Development

Code Generators

Make use of the many generators for code, try ember help generate for more details

Running Tests

  • ember test
  • ember test --server

Linting

  • pnpm run lint
  • pnpm lint:fix

Building

  • ember build (development)
  • ember build --environment production (production)

Deploying

Specify what it takes to deploy your app.
