Will need to test the following scenarios:

• When the user doesn't specify --user and/or --workspace in the command
• When the user doesn't have C9_EMAIL and/or C9_PASSWORD set in their environment
• When the credentials supplied are incorrect
• When the target workspace does not exist
• When the target workspace successfully loads

This should be done via AVA (personal preference).

cf9 -u john -w hello-world hello-galaxy hello-universe should wake up john/hello-world, john/hello-galaxy, and john/hello-universe when run.

Instead of showing Connecting to workspace..., it should indicate individual stages (e.g., when logged in successfully, when restore from hibernation page is detected).

Currently, SUCCESS is returned for this situation:

A new status WORKSPACE_INACCESSIBLE should be implemented for scenarios when the workspace exists but cannot be accessed.
