What does that mean? Is there a way I can fix it?

Screenshots from video files are coming out skewed and in the wrong aspect ratio. Not sure whether it's an issue with this or ffmpeg.

whenever pythonbits tries to run screenshots I get the error:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/pythonbits-THcRHd/screen20.png'

The directory is there, but the image is not
Any suggestions?
