I think I should be using the old code I'll open issues to refactor the code & other stuff like enhancing the app workflow. this is mainly because I don't have the time to start something new

this issue is to create the initial blueprint of the project

since we started using the old code base we need now to do A LOT of refactoring

create a generic loading route that takes a promise & navigate to a route when the promise has resolved. useful on authentication work flow

the way theming is handled in this project kinda naive so we need to improve it
