i try to insert text to cloudant but have this error , i was correctly setting

but can't insert data to cloudant

Hey I was trying to rebuild the stuff from this video here:

Unfortunatly I got the error message when I deployed the flow in Node-red. I rebuild everything the exept same way.
Does somebody has an idea where the problem might be located?

When i send an email the node reads the payload and execute the function but when the payload and from address is passed to the cloudant node i get a response like

TypeError: Cannot read property 'match' of null
