First paragraph contains a capitalization typo:

Use IBM Cloud® Activity Tracker Event Routing to configure how to route auditing events, both global and location-based event data, in your IBM Cloud. auditing events are critical data for security operations and a key element for meeting compliance requirements. Control of the storage location is critical to building enterprise-grade solutions on the IBM Cloud.

Second sentence beginning with auditing, the a should be capitalized.

Hi, the link at the bottom of this page is broken. The link text is 'Planning your account configuration settings.'

That would be great to add a visual diagram to present Activity Tracker Event Routing in the Overview page.

There are quite a few links in this page (https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/atracker?topic=atracker-cloud_services_other_ ) that don't lead to anything...

For example:

see IBM Cloud services that generate Activity Tracker events by location. leads to a 'it got cloudy in here / 404 page"

and many of the location based event links go to a page that says "sorry this content isn't available"
