Can't get verification code

I am trying to sign up for an IBM Cloud account through a Data Science course on Coursera, but I have not received an email verification code. My spam folder is empty and "resend code" is not effective. The "Help" link sent me here, so I hope this gets to someone who can help.

The link in question is:

Unable to log into my IBM cloud account

Hello,

I am taking a coursera course, Building AI Application with Watson APIs. I enrolled in an online degree program. This has resulted in my abandoning the course for over six months, now I want to continue but could not log in with the same email I was using. I even reset the password but still, it's not working. The email is [email protected]. Initially, I was using [email protected], but when I enrolled in this course, I was asked to abandon it and create it ([email protected]). Can someone reset the former one or both of them, please?

  2. Do you have a suggestion about how to resolve the issue?

Seems that this is due to MFA Default to disable username / password login as described here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76598530/unable-to-login-in-ibm-cloud-from-cli/77754626#77754626

I suggest to modify the error message, adding to it the following text: 'This may be caused by account authentication settings' or similar.

  3. Do you have a suggestion about how to resolve the issue?

Starting Nov 30, 2023, any newly created account, or an account that has no Classic infrastructure deployed, will now be automatically converted to a VRF-style account when the first Classic Private VLAN is deployed. Whether they order a server, a solution that deploys a Classic Private VLAN, or they just directly order a Classic Private VLAN from the catalog, the account will be converted. This will not impact accounts that have current Classic infrastructure deployments, unless they cancel/reclaim everything, and start from scratch; those accounts will still need a manual support case for conversion.

Missing example for endpoint type (and other possible contexts) in the API version of doc

Did you know you can also submit a pull request to update any IBM Cloud documentation topic by clicking the Edit Topic link on any page? For more information, see Providing a content update with a pull request: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/overview?topic=overview-feedback#feedback-pr.

  1. What are the details of the issue you're experiencing?
In trying out the CBR API I was trying to configure a rule for private endpoints only (similar to the example provide for the CLI). The API version of the documentation does not provide an example for this scenario and various options I tried just did not work. The API doc also does not provide information on the various valid context values and only provides the length and characters that can be specified

I am trying to use the CBR API to update a zone an If-Match is required. However, the APIDOC is unhelpful in determining this value and this topic doesn't give any assistance either,

Clariify in both the APIDOC and this topic how one determines the If-Match value for a zohe.

  1. What are the details of the issue you're experiencing?
The DB2Warehouse documentation seems to have incorrect information. It shows that the Editor role has the scale operation as part of it, but this must be explicitly granted. This is not obvious in the documentation and has cause confusion for customers

  2. Is this issue in reference to a specific page? If so, please provide a link.

https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/account?topic=account-iam-service-roles-actions#dashdb-roles
In this documentation you will see in 'Actions' 'dashdb.console.scale' includes the Editor role, but this must be explicitly granted INSTANCE_SCALE

  1. Do you have a suggestion about how to resolve the issue?

May need to remove the Editor role as being included in the dashdb.console.scale action
