This repo hosts all data, analysis and text of the paper "Historic collections as a tool for assessing the global pollination crisis".

The published paper is accepted and the link will be here soon: Phil Trans B

A knitted version of the paper can be found in 'revision/ms.html' (previsualization here), and the file that generates all text, analysis and figures is at '/revision/ms.Rmd'

Data is not too tidy, but can be found in '/data' and '/rawdata'.

The folders '/figures' and '/graphs' can be depreciated. '/scripts' has preliminar or exploratory analysis.
