Set GitHub API token and Dbsetting

To reuse our codes to collect data via GitHub API and save it into database (MongoDB), you need to set the API token and Dbsetting

export GithubToken=<APITOKEN>
export DbSetting=<DBSETTING>

Generalising the Open-Source Clinical Software Pipeline

I came across your research paper, "A Systematic Review of Open Source Clinical Software on GitHub for Improving Software Reuse in Smart Healthcare". I appreciate the work you've done to developing the pipeline to search for GitHub repositories. I am currently using it to help explore repositories in another discipline.
