I've tried to get a little bit more debug information because one of my qr-codes is not generating. unfortunately, the flag doesn't have any effect.

i tried:
.\qrgen.exe -v test.csv
.\qrgen.exe -vv test.csv
.\qrgen.exe -vvv test.csv
.\qrgen.exe --verbose test.csv

Is it possible to extend the max capacity by a factor of 4?

I would like to embed an base64 encoded image in the qr-code and get the following error message:
error generating for output DataTooLong("Data length = 32476 bits, Max capacity = 10208 bits")

I downloaded the Mac OS release and I did a chmod +x on the binary before running. Everything points to the app running without problem but in the end there are no files output at all.

If the source .csv file contains records which contain only one field each, use that data for both the filename and the QR content.
