The top bar needs to provide the app component the lat/long data, which the app will use to fetch data from the weather provider.

Add a top bar with title and settings icon.

An individual city needs to have the following info and content:

• City name
• Temperature
• Time
• Icon (for weather)

The detailed info card of a city will have the following content and info:

• A detailed card with:
  1. Icon
  2. Rain forecast
  3. Wind speed
  4. Sunset info
  5. Moon phase info
  6. Humidity info
• Followed by compact cards for upcoming days.

The app needs to have a state that maintains the info of Weather cards

Create weather cards dynamically based on the data received from the weather api

The main layout page of the app needs to have two sections. The one on the left will display individual cards for each city, and the right section will display the detailed info of the selected card.
