Step 2 (Readme) is able to pick up the hostname registered in my no-ip.com account, and I get the message "New configuration file '/usr/local/etc/no-ip2.conf' created.". However, the file is not created.

Running the following command yields an error:

$ docker run \
  --name=noip \
  -ti \
  -v "/path/to/noip/config:/usr/local/etc/" \
  hypriot/rpi-noip \
  noip2 -C

standard_init_linux.go:207: exec user process caused "exec format error"

I am running this on Ubuntu Server 18.10 with Docker 18.09.3, build 774a1f4.

Any chance you can add support for the arm64 version of Raspberry Pi OS?

I followed the tutorial by first creating the config file and after that calling this command:

docker run -v "noip:/usr/local/etc/" --restart=always hypriot/rpi-noip

Unfortunately, this leads to an endless output on the commandline of:
Process is running Process is running Process is running Process is running Process is running Process is running

Logs just show this message:
docker logs noip standard_init_linux.go:219: exec user process caused: exec format error
