As a configurable behavior, Teminating breaking form should have three 
restriction level:
 # Free to terminate.
 # Password for teminating.
 # Forbidden terminating.

After user request delay action, the restart working minutes will be 
forbidden until complete breaking.

Microsoft.net default progress bar does not support change backcolor under 
WXP style. 
The default backcolor is white, It is too bright for relax eyes.

Only launch one Hoo Relaxant instance runtime is essential. 

User could delay breaking in order to process some important works.

status, User should be able to manual restart working minutes countdown.

User should not be able to delay breaking without limitation. As song as 
user have delayed over specified minutes, user is forced to break.

Since Hoo Eye Relaxant is a green program without installation package, It 
should be able to add/remove shortcut to start menu, desktop and startup.

When exit breaking, a voice message could be sent by PC speaker or sound 
card

Provides "Breaking Now" operation so as to let user could breaking any 
time.

When computer desktop is locked, user generally does not watch monitor any 
longer. Working minutes countdown should be teminated.

when breaking started, shutdown screen.
when breaking ended, open screen.

When some kinds of full screen application is runing, breaking form could

Similar to locking computuer. Shutdown screen stands by breaking too.

Soft shut down screen is not stable. Any input (Mouse, keyboard, network 
message) to computer will cause screen turn on again. 
A feasible way is turn off screen again if screen turned on during 
breaking time

When click notification icon, show a form with current working minutes

Presently breaking window has control menu, user could delay or terminate 
breaking mode via menu.
It is better to add this control menu to notification window too. 
Notification window is automatically pop up 10 seconds before breaking.

User could add external program as response to certain breaking/working 
events.

User could set up one time breaking or working with specified minutes. The
specified minutes of breaking/working will not impact configured
breaking/working minutes. It only be effective for one time.

Support external developers write response code to breaking/working events.
