How can I add abstract and acknowledgement pages into the table of contents and PDF bookmark?

Please refer to https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/25799/28977, https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/25800/28977 and modify the abstract and acknowledgement environments in the PhDThesisPSnPDF.cls (Lines 699-721).

% Normal abstract in the thesis

\setsinglecolumn
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Abstract}% add this line
\chapter*{\centering \Large \@abstracttitle}

and

\newenvironment{acknowledgements}{

This will add a chapter-level (chapter) entry to the table of contents (toc) and pdf bookmark.
