基于 OpenArknightsFBS 项目解析部分数据。

我们已经确定在国际服的版本中，部分数据的编码方式变更为FlatBuffers。由于FBS在多个版本间并不通用，为防止出现意外的错误，本仓库的国际服部分数据(JP,KR,US)将不再更新并在未来逐步转移到新的仓库。这不会影响正在使用CN服务器数据的开发者。

We have confirmed that FlatBuffers is being used as the encoding method for data in the YoStar version of Arknights. Due to the incompatibility of FBS across multiple versions, in order to prevent unexpected errors, the data for the YoStar servers (JP, KR, US) in this repository will no longer be updated and will gradually be transferred to a new repository in the future. This will not affect developers who are currently using the data of CN server.
