gulp # you should install global gulp, default watch mode

npm start # start the webserver
npm run sock # start the signalmaster (websocket server)

Update

I wanna develop ecclesia as a meeting app for small developers' team, so the release is still in develop state.

Maybe update simplewebrtc to the newest version and then try it again
