I installed the "Apple macOS Dark Mode" theme to a 2009 iMac running High Sierra OS/X 10.13.6, but once installed it did not show up in my onboard list of extensions, nor was there any way to access controls for it. It's disturbing enough not knowing where this theme/extension installs itself, but even more-so that there is no way to uninstall it!

First, please tell me how to access the controls for it.
Second, please tell me how to uninstall it.
