Gallery Extension for Biskuit CMS

NOTE: This extension is in the early stages of setup and code review for any/all compatability updates for using Vue 2, and UIKit 3.

No new packages will be released until a beta feature set of these updates are in place for public testing.

EXIF and IPTC support

The possibility of adding EXIF and ITPC support will allow for retrieval and storage of metadata to auto-populate things like Copyright, Title, and basic camera/lens details for possible overlay displays, and/or various data attributes to use to auto create and store captions, etcetera.

Gallery now adds the truncated filename (w/o extension) as meta/title/caption now, so it might be a relatively straightforward replacement.

This could be an optional feature toggle in admin panel, if the PHP EXIF extension is installed on the web server, so that it would not need to be a required dependency to install/use Gallery.
