humanbios-server's Introduction

HumanBios

This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.

Available Scripts

In the project directory, you can run:

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.

npm test

Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.
See the section about running tests for more information.

npm run build

Builds the app for production to the build folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.

The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes.
Your app is ready to be deployed!

See the section about deployment for more information.

npm run eject

Note: this is a one-way operation. Once you eject, you can’t go back!

If you aren’t satisfied with the build tool and configuration choices, you can eject at any time. This command will remove the single build dependency from your project.

Instead, it will copy all the configuration files and the transitive dependencies (webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc) right into your project so you have full control over them. All of the commands except eject will still work, but they will point to the copied scripts so you can tweak them. At this point you’re on your own.

You don’t have to ever use eject. The curated feature set is suitable for small and middle deployments, and you shouldn’t feel obligated to use this feature. However we understand that this tool wouldn’t be useful if you couldn’t customize it when you are ready for it.

humanbios-server's Issues

Blogging question

The blogging question could appear over and over again after sharing story. We may need to separate it from the medical question.
tg-bot-blogging

Testing, CI Meta Issue

  • HumanbiOS/HumanBios-Telegram#47
  • Add Jenkins
  • Unit tesing
  • Fuzzer: Random walk through diagnosis graph
  • Load test for current hosting

Feel free to add items w.r.t. to reliability, stability, code style/climate here.

Add button support

  • add buttons to schema
  • smart way to handle buttons / inline callbacks as general "button" type
  • a way for front end to differentiate inlines and text buttons

Introduce database

  • Pick database structure (SQL or NoSQL)

If you ask me, I would prefer relational (SQL) database, because it's logical in our case (e.g. relations: Medic - Patient, Patient - Profile, User - Messages etc)

  • Key models for database (e. g. User, Message, Conversation etc)
  • Add caching, spam protection (e.g. Redis)

Quiz questions

Currently when the users choose to take another quiz, they have to answer all the questions from "how old are you" again. It would make more sense to make a little nicer transition and also leave out questions where the answer doesn't really change.

Add "next" button for the multi-select question

Which of the following symptoms have you had in the past 24 hours? (multiple selection possible)

The question relates to acute or exacerbated symptoms and excludes chronic complaints or seasonal or allergic complaints. If you have a chronic illness, compare your current symptoms with your previous problems to answer the question.

If you don't have any of the symptoms, don't select an entry and continue by choosing the "Next" button.

There is no "Next" button so the user can't continue without selecting an entry.

add files support

  • download files that was received
  • serve files under static folder
  • send files as links, so front end just embed them (or download)

Start adding recommended actions at the end of the questionairre

From our medical advisor:

“Eight to twelve breaths per minute are normal. If the frequency goes towards 20 or higher when you are relaxed, then you should see a doctor. Dial the emergency number immediately."

This is a clear recommendation for action that we can send our users if they said yes for "trouble breathing"
