As of version 1.0.1, Vex is supported in IE8+, Firefox 4+, Chrome, Safari, and Opera. More to come via the docs.
Why no IE7?
At the moment, all of the themes rely on box-sizing: border-box. We will definitely consider making a theme which can safely be used in IE7, since the javascript works fine there.
Stay tuned.
