Simple application used to convert any image to grayscale, with added functionality to view the Red ,Green and Blue channels of the image, using PixelReader and PixelWriter to perform these operations as opposed to ready made libraries. this was a practice exercise to gain experience with the use of reading pixel information from any image and performing operations, this experience would later be used to create the Bird Flock analyzer project.
