I'm not sure if this a bug in the name or the logic, but when the red tank wins, the pop up says that the blue tank won:

If the blue tank (in the lower left) wins, the popup does not display the custom name set in the lower right. It just says "blue tank" as the name (which, due to issue #3) means that the popup literally always says "blue tank" won.

The color of the legend in the graph changes over time even though it has the "blue tank" label, it starts as red, turns blue, and then turns back to red again:
