Actions
Following changes must be made:

$ pip install molecule-pluginsdocker
$ pip uninstall molecule-docker

• Dropping support for Fedora 39
• Adding support for Fedora 40
• Adding support for Alpine
• Add check to lint Markdown files
• Add support for ansible-galaxy-action@v2
• Bump to minimal ansible-core >= 2.16.0

The Spring 2023 cleanup is to verify the state of the role.

Actions

• Drop support for Debian 9 and before
• Drop support for Ubuntu 18.04
• Drop support for all CentOS versions
• Drop support for non-LTS distribution Fedora
• Set min_ansible_version: 7.0.0 in meta/main.yml
• Remove .github/stale.yml file
• Add/update devcontainer configuration
• Remove open-pull-requests-limit: 10 from .github/dependabot.yml
