Use a library which help to define user geolocation. (Preferably a longitude and a latitude. This data we can use for get current forecast and define the city of user.)

Program uses ~ 59.4 mb RAM at the start and ~ 89.3 mb RAM later.

In the future.

Program should be work correctly at least in Linux and in Windows.

Program should be work correctly without any restarts. After reboot program should not be stop.

I want to see the apparent temperature near the just temperature on the background.

Use foreca.com weather api instead.

Maybe it's not a good thought to display forecast data on the wallpaper's background.

Possibly solution is make program as a widget. (As i plan widget will be run in Linux, Windows and MacOS.)

The precip probability should be evaluate with my own algorithm based on current week forecast data.
