Define user geolocation automatically

Use a library which help to define user geolocation. (Preferably a longitude and a latitude. This data we can use for get current forecast and define the city of user.)

Add daemon mode support

Program should be work correctly without any restarts. After reboot program should not be stop.

Make tool as a widget

Maybe it's not a good thought to display forecast data on the wallpaper's background.

Possibly solution is make program as a widget. (As i plan widget will be run in Linux, Windows and MacOS.)
