Module cho phép tạo form khảo sát (Tương tự công cụ tạo form của google) hoạt động trên NukeViet với các trường dữ liệu phổ biến, giúp việc khảo sát và thu thập dữ liệu an toàn, tiện dụng.

Module được phát hành theo giấy phép GNU/GPL v2 hoặc các phiên bản cao hơn.

Cài đặt

  • Tải về mã nguồn
  • Đăng nhập quản trị tối cao. Truy cập menu Mở rộng / Cài dặt gói ứng dụng
  • Hoặc có thể cài đặt từ store (Cho phiên bản ổn định)

Sử dụng chức năng xuất báo cáo ra file

Để sử dụng chức năng này, cần cài đặt thư viện PHPExcel và mPDF bằng composer
