Add support for background-imager.json config file

An option to have parameters in a json, e.g. background-imager.json file together with the images would be very helpful. Example:

    "class-prefix": "icon-",
    "url-path": "/images/"
}

This gives the coder less to do and makes code more portable

Fails ungracefully when image files do not obey MMQ DSL
