Code and preview don't scroll independantly

They really should though. Also to auto-scroll the preview to a point where users can see the preview of what they are currently working on.

I seem to recall that this used to work.

Headlines need to breath

To create a visual hierarchy headlines should have more space above them according to h1-h5. Currently this feels really cramped.

Way to style preview and code

There should be a unified way to style the preview and the code.

Something like a single entry point for people using BlankUp to set a "theme".

IDEA: maybe we can override the tokens in CodeMirror to use highlightJS classes and provide a theme for highlightJS that would style the entire application accordingly.

BlankUp should expose a focus() method

Currently you can only programatially focus the editor if you know that it exposes the CodeMirror editor and that this in turn can be focused. Bad style.

Expose CodeMirrors focus as BlankUp.focus().
