I really want to contribute to this project, but I see most of the code is in python which I'm still learning :-)
So as of right now I would like to fix some typos and misspelling in main page's README.md.
(and hopefully I can contribute by fixing some actual code with python later)
Will that be fine?

After PFC get the shadow update event, and do something like a waterpump on or off... After this real actuator change, It has to send "reported update".

But sometimes "reported" failed by various reason(Timeout, Suddenly disconnection-)

This problem cause other problem like a "Delta event on shadow". Not updated "reported" has no difference new "Desired".

For that reason, we have to check more aggressively "Desired" status.
