Remove DHH for CoC Violations about turbo HOT 2 CLOSED

I absolutely concur with the concerns raised about the implementation of #971. I believe it's essential that every project adheres to its Code of Conduct (CoC), and it appears that there was a misalignment in this regard.

The oversight in community feedback and the ramifications it had on current PRs and libraries are concerning. I respect @dhh for his contributions to the open-source community, but it's imperative to remember that collaboration and feedback are crucial pillars of the community.

Open-source thrives on collective knowledge and shared responsibility. While it's understandable to have strong opinions, open dialogue and discussion should always be at the forefront.

The argument "it works at my company" shouldn’t be the sole reason for implementing a feature, especially if it doesn’t resonate with the broader community.

We're all in this together, and we must remember that respect, collaboration, and mutual understanding will take us further than unilateral decisions.
