pre-hooks 执行失败时，git 子命令应该取消执行
现在的 pre-hooks 是异步执行的，而且 pre-hooks 执行失败时 git 命令会继续执行。
正确的逻辑应该是串行、或同步方式执行 pre-hooks 和 post-hooks，并且任何一个失败，都将立即停止后续的命令。
