Hello,
I just installed this plugin on site running WP 4.7.3 and Woocommerce .
Installation was successful but
Plugin does not response to Activate, and there was no error message

Pls work on the billing local government cos it doesn't show on the checkout page as a dropdown and when one tries to place an order it shows an error " Fill In billing local government" . Thanks
