Install requirements first.
Get an Open AI API key and copy/past it to line 50 of RAG_OpenAI_app.py (api_key = "YOUR_OPENAI_SECRET_KEY").
Then run python RAG_OpenAI_app.py. A Gradio UI will be run on your local machine and the address will be printed out in your console.
In the UI, you can upload your pdf file and start chatting with it.
