simple_web_paper_manage 即简单的在线文献管理工具。

写这个小工具的初衷是协调和我一起努力的一个小团队，我们负责为一个大的项目组收集整理翻译资料，每次都聚在一起找资料的效率实在不高，于是用自己蹩脚的还没入门的 python 来制作了这个小工具。

工具基于 Flask ,提供文献的上传，翻译，统计等功能。

环境：python3

第三方库：Flask,bs4,requests

Flask用于网页构建，bs4 和 requests 用于构建一个生成引用格式的 API。
