As a matter of preference, I like to use the default background color instead of black. It'd be nice if cxxcurses::terminal provided an option to use the default background color. I think this can be done with a constructor parameter that changes how colors are initialized.

Anywhere I want to use arrow keys, I have to do this:

cxxcurses::terminal init;
keypad(stdscr, TRUE);

Should that call to keypad be added to cxxcurses::terminal's constructor so that all programs automatically get arrow keys enabled?
