`file-missing` error during initialization

Recently I sometimes get this error during Emacs startup and it seems to come from elixir-yasnippets. Weirdly it doesn't happen on every startup. The directory in the error message is the directory of the current buffer that is restored when Emacs starts.

Inclusion in official collection

Hi
I was looking for some elixir snippets and I found your collection.
I was wondering if you were interested in merging them in the official collection that I maintain:
https://github.com/AndreaCrotti/yasnippet-snippets

You would still be able to do changes to them of course and if you do a pull request you will stay the author, and in plus the community will contribute on them more easily.
