Fails to recurse into directories whose names contain spaces.
$ tree
.
└── test\ me
└── md5me
1 directory, 1 file
$ md5 -f -r .
./test => !!! Error opening file !!!
$ md5 -f -r "test\ me"
test\ me => !!! Error opening file !!!
$ md5 -f -r "test me"
test => !!! Error opening file !!!
Use File::Spec::Functions and catfile to fix this issue in an OS independent manner

If directory passed as argument recurse into dir and md5
