添加ReportMemoryLeaksOnShutdown:=true;

使用DcefBrowser.load打开一个网页后，关闭程序时出现内存泄露，是我用的方法不对，还是的确有内存泄露

的问题。

发现 没有 dcef3 那个TCefRTTIExtension.Register 的方法啊`` 那该如何 绑定呢？？

因为想在这个事件里修改语言设置，
但发现这个事件根本没有响应，
我下载了您的BCCBROWSER发现语言也是英文的，
不知您那是否也有这个问题？
