This is a simple ticket viewer for viewing Zendesk tickets.
Make sure you are using Python 3.7.+
Use the package manager pip to install all the dependency.
pip install -r requirements.txtFirst you need to create a .env file in the same directory with the main.py and initialize all of the environment variables:
API_TOKEN={Your Zendesk API Token}
SUB_DOMAIN={Your Zendesk subdomain}
EMAIL={Your Zendesk email}After that, you can start using the application by running this command:
C:\Users\hieun\Zendesk_Challenge>python main.pyAt this point, you can enter "ticket 1" to view the description of ticket #1 or "page 1" to view the content of page 1 of the ticket viewer:
Enter "menu" to view the options or "quit" to end
