更新内容：
  • 1.校友端的新申请页面的学院字段被设为必填类型；
  • 2.入会登记页面收集字段新增入学时间,培养层次,专业,学院,所属校友会,常用邮箱；
  • 3.入会登记页面添加查看入会登记记录\修改信息\删除信息的功能;
  • 4.新增loading组件;
修复内容：
  • 1.所有大型图片的图床URL均换成了SMMS的图床链接;

  • 1.修复了“审批登记”模块拉取“入会登记”信息错误的bug；
  • 2.修复了“审批登记”模块中按钮被阻挡的问题；

  • 新增入会登记模块
    • 用户端增加入会登记按钮以及填写表单
    • 老师端当前仅为openid为特定字符串时才显示“审批登记”按钮
    • 审批登记页面大体功能与其余的审批页面无异
