Link between instance and billing group

Case 1: Billing group set to null

When creating a service in the catalog, the admin leave the default choice that link the billing group to null

Case 2: Billing group is set by default to a particular group

When creating the service, the admin can select a billing group that will always be set automatically when requesting this service

Case 3: Allow end user to select the billing group

Add a checkbox to the form to allow or not (default is False)
If True: the user will see a list that contains all billing group attached to him

• The billing group choice appears anyway when approving the request so the administrator can change it.
• checkbox to show the billing group info or not in the service request
• Billing group of an instance can be edited anyway after the provisioning (instance edit)

• Billing group link to instance 0,n 0n

Admin form service creation

• New select choice: No billing, Admin defined billung, User defined (With his own billing groups), User defined (With all billing groups)
• Checkbox: Show billing group to end user (Can only be set to False if no billing or admin defined)

User form New request

• No billing + Show billing: Billing is shown
• No billing + Not Show billing: Billing hidden
• Admin defined + Show billing: Billing is shown
• Admin defined + Not Show billing: Billing hidden
• User defined : User select a group from his groups
• User defined + all groups : User select a group from all available groups
