would you mind elaborating on your use case?

I would be very interested what output format/structure you would want to see for these metric reports.

One use-case is auto-scaling. I use hetzner cloud + gitlab and I want to add instances to a docker swarm / kubernetes cluster based on load.

A very simple way of doing this is to just query and tally the load metrics.

It does not make sense to expose the metrics on the CLI from our side.
