Add functionality to predefined domains to define a query filter in order to search for e.g. part of a string. An example of this would be to be able to search for the first two words in order to query fass/giftinfo etc directly from the medications list in cosmic

Present the solution as an added skill to DMO

Adding giftinfo.se would be a great Pharma addition. It would require an addition to the search functionality to filter the query to the first two words in order to enable searching directly from the meds list on cambio cosmic.

Would enable searching databases that do not use url params by linking directly to searchboxes

e.g. http://mimermd.com/home#searchstring, https://nationelltklinisktkunskapsstod.se/#__BVID__22 (breaks on smaller screens?)

If no site was selected we could show a UI to let the user select which domain to search, this would facilitate a "look that up" command. Could show on paste.
The bigger issue is whether to show a user interface without paste; that would make this a general search page... Maybe outside the scope of this project.

If implemented - Sites should be selected using voice. Sound easy but isn't:
Would need to listen for text input (solved by having a persistent text field with "autofocus"). This would also need to be polled AND cleared at regular intervals.
If a number is entered that's it, select it and move on (would probably need a regexp to select just the number, i.e. "välj 4" -> "4". However number input might be using words; We have two options here; Pull in a library to translate words into text or poll a predefined list of numbers in different languages (would poll in the selected language if selected, or all languages if none would be selected"). Not sure how to handle number systems with two words (will leave that for now, not an issue with swedish and english)

If queries would split for each row that would make for a powerful search tool, enabling multiple searches, for example for several medications
