I can also see this error.

In Windows Vista it shows in the principal monitor - it always begins there. 
When
dragging for secundary monitor the mouse continues and half the window gets 
stuck in
the first monitor.

When trying to use the keys for the secundary monitor it simply disappears and 
we
have to use Find Pixus.

I'm using 0.9.1 in Windows Vista Home Premium
