Add Setting Menu

This Setting Menu will include:
Music Volume
Controller Configuration
Keyboard Configuration

Add Save File for Scores on Levels

This lists the player top score on each level and overall.
Plus, it will keep with the number of enemies killed, times killed, how the player was killed, how many food picked up, the type of food, how many times played.
