No 'version' key in the manifest

Runs version core-2021.5.5, and gets this message in the log on HA:

2021-05-26 13:24:19 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.loader] No 'version' key in the manifest file for custom integration 'tide'. As of Home Assistant 2021.6, this integration will no longer be loaded. Please report this to the maintainer of 'tide'

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The Developer Tools 'states' page shows the sensor's state as 'unknown'.

A possible relevance is that my latitude is negative.
The entity name created is: sensor.tide_33_722559_151_299201
The friendly name is: tide_-33_722559_151_299201

Debug log

The log shows:

No module named 'pendulum'

Hi Hellowlol,

1st, thnx for sharing this integration on HACS and followed all steps listed on
https://github.com/Hellowlol/ha-tide

and have added

- platform: tide
  longitude: redacted
  latitude: redacted

in my sensors yaml.

I constantly get theses error messages now:
ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.hassio] Platform error sensor.tide - No module named 'pendulum'

These are my hardware details (hass.io on Synology):

arch | x86_64

python_version | 3.7.6

Please point me in the right direction about missing module pendulum.
