Need to add support for ig.system.scale less/greater than 1.

If you have multiple button entities that use ScaledAlphaHitmask and reference the same image, then only one of them gets the hitmask loaded.

Problem:

• Image.loadHitmask() only supports one callback
• if we have multiple instances of ScaledAlphaHitmask that require a callback from the same image, once its loaded, then only
  the last assigned callback will be called in images onload() handler.

Suggested Fix:

• allow for multiple loadHitmask() callbacks to be subscribed to same image.
• i.e. similar to addEventListener, removeEventListener ..
